About

Boutique depth, without the private-bank price tag

Deltaqstone is an independent offshore advisory firm based in Ptuj, Slovenia, focused entirely on structuring, compliance, and jurisdiction strategy for international capital.

Small professional advisory team in a bright Central European office

What Deltaqstone does — plainly stated

Deltaqstone advises entrepreneurs, founders, and private investors on how to structure holdings across international jurisdictions in a way that is legally compliant, commercially functional, and built to last beyond the next regulatory cycle. We cover the full advisory arc: initial jurisdiction selection and structural design, entity formation coordination, offshore banking introductions, shareholder and director governance documents, and ongoing compliance maintenance. Our clients are typically individuals or small-to-medium business groups with assets or business interests spread across two or more countries, who want a single advisory point of contact rather than three separate specialist providers who don't talk to each other. We work from Ptuj, in north-eastern Slovenia, a location that gives us direct access to Central European clients — Austrian, Croatian, Hungarian, and Slovenian — alongside our international client base. Founded in 2017, the firm has supported over 140 structuring engagements across fourteen jurisdictions. Our team of seven includes advisors with backgrounds in international tax law, corporate governance, and banking compliance.

How the work gets done — and what we don't do

Every engagement starts with a structured diagnostic — not a sales call. We ask about your residency, the source and nature of your capital, your existing entity footprint, your banking relationships, and your ten-year horizon. From that session, we produce a written Jurisdiction Fit Report before any implementation work begins. This discipline means clients never enter a jurisdiction or structure without a documented rationale. We do not file tax returns, issue legal opinions, or act as a registered agent — those functions require jurisdiction-specific licensing, and we refer clients to trusted licensed partners for each. We are candid about outcomes that depend on factors outside our control: bank account approvals, jurisdiction registry timelines, and regulatory shifts mid-engagement. We manage these risks actively through contingency planning and direct relationships with counterparty institutions, but we do not present offshore structuring as a guaranteed outcome. The slate-professional standards we hold ourselves to exist precisely because this field has too many advisors who overpromise — and too few who document what they've done and why.

“What set Deltaqstone apart was the written Jurisdiction Fit Report before any fees beyond the diagnostic were committed. We knew exactly what structure they were recommending, why Cyprus was chosen over Malta for our situation, and what the compliance obligations would look like in year two. No other firm offered that transparency.”
