Offshore services built around jurisdiction depth

Every engagement at Deltaqstone is scoped around the specific jurisdiction challenges your structure faces — not a generic checklist.

Minimalist slate-professional meeting room with legal documents

What a Deltaqstone engagement actually looks like

A typical engagement begins with a two-hour diagnostic session — either in Ptuj or via encrypted video — in which we map your existing entities, ownership layers, banking relationships, and residency. From that session, we produce a written Jurisdiction Fit Report: a twelve-to-twenty page document covering the optimal jurisdiction shortlist, the structural model, the banking strategy, and the compliance roadmap. The report is yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed with implementation. Implementation engagements usually run six to sixteen weeks depending on jurisdiction processing times and banking timelines. We coordinate directly with local formation agents, registered agents, and banks — you never manage three separate provider relationships at once. Ongoing retainers are available on a quarterly or annual basis and include regulatory monitoring, annual filings coordination, and a dedicated advisor contact for ad hoc questions throughout the year.

Service areas in detail

Each area below represents a distinct capability — clients typically engage across two or three of them within a single mandate.

Entity Structuring & Formation

Design of holding, intermediate, and operating company layers. Selection of jurisdiction based on treaty access, substance requirements, and ownership objectives. Coordination with local registered agents through to Certificate of Incorporation. Typical timeline: three to eight weeks.

Offshore Banking Introduction

KYC dossier preparation, bank shortlisting matched to the entity's business profile and expected transaction volumes, and managed correspondence through to account opening confirmation. We work with banks in Malta, Cyprus, Lithuania, Singapore, and the UAE.

Shareholder & Director Advisory

Drafting and review of shareholder agreements, nominee director mandates, UBO declarations, and trust deed structures where appropriate. We advise on economic substance benchmarks and how director meetings, payroll, and management decisions should be documented to satisfy local regulators.

Compliance Retainer

Annual beneficial ownership filings, economic substance returns, CRS/FATCA declarations, and coordination of local statutory accounts. Regulatory monitoring included — when a jurisdiction changes its rules, you hear from us before the deadline, not after.

Questions clients ask before engaging

Do you provide legal or tax advice?

Deltaqstone provides structuring and advisory services. We work alongside your existing tax counsel or can refer you to specialist tax lawyers in relevant jurisdictions. We do not file tax returns or provide legal opinions — those require a licensed practitioner in the relevant jurisdiction.

What jurisdictions do you cover?

Our primary coverage includes the BVI, Cayman Islands, Malta, Cyprus, UAE (DIFC and ADGM), Singapore, and Seychelles. We also advise on Slovenian and Austrian holding structures for EU-resident clients who want domestic efficiency alongside offshore assets.

Can you help if my existing structure is already in place?

Yes — restructuring and remediation engagements are a significant part of our work. Many clients come to us after years of minimal maintenance. We audit the current structure, identify compliance gaps, and propose a reorganisation plan with a clear implementation sequence.

How are your fees structured?

Diagnostic sessions and the Jurisdiction Fit Report are priced as fixed-fee deliverables. Implementation mandates are quoted project-by-project based on jurisdictions, entity count, and banking complexity. Ongoing compliance retainers are quoted on an annual basis at the outset of each engagement.

Do results depend on factors outside your control?

Yes, candidly. Bank account approval decisions rest with the bank, not with us. Formation timelines depend on registry processing speeds in each jurisdiction. Regulatory changes can alter the attractiveness of a jurisdiction mid-engagement. We manage these risks actively, but we don't pretend they don't exist.

“The Jurisdiction Fit Report alone was worth the engagement fee. Fourteen pages of clear analysis — jurisdiction comparison table, banking options ranked by fit, and a compliance calendar. I'd never seen offshore advisory presented with that level of rigour from a boutique firm.”
